Disability Services

We recognize the ability, responsibility and the right of all people to lead self-determined lives. Our goal is to ensure the inclusion of persons with disabilities into competitive, integrated employment positions in the field of their choosing.

Justice-Involved Youth & Young Adults

The LifeLaunch: Growth Opportunities (GO) training program is designed to prepare justice-involved young adults ages 18–24 for success in the workplace. The program provides rewarding and engaging paid work experiences that can lead to employment and real careers.

Military & Veteran Services

We offer active military personnel who are transitioning to civilian life, veterans of all service eras, and the families and caregivers of each, a connection to education, job training, and support services. This program supports building the skills you need to succeed, build your resume, connect with employers, and more.

Senior Community Service and Employment

We participate in the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), a national employment and training program. It helps low-income, unemployed individuals 55 and older find work, matching eligible older adults with part-time training assignments at non-profits or government agencies.

WorkFirst

Designed to transition people from Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) to financial stability and a rewarding career, the WorkFirst program provides skill assessments and on-the-job training, and increases the participant’s professional skills and employability.
