Career Readiness Education and Development (CRED)

This comprehensive class covers essential skills for job seekers and employees, from budgeting and digital skills to customer service and teamwork.

General Education Diploma (GED)

This program is designed for young adults between the ages of 16 and 24, providing online classroom education with testing scholarships and coordination.

High School+

In partnership with Clover Park Technical College (CPTC), Goodwill offers you the ability to earn your high school diploma.

Basic Digital Skills

This class is made for those who are new to using computers or need a refresher to gain skills necessary to find a job, take online training courses, or work towards a promotion.

A.I for Your Career Skills

A beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop that helps job seekers use A.I. with confidence. Learn practical tools for resumes, interviews, and job searching, while exploring real-world applications and responsible A.I. use. No prior experience is needed.

Brownfields Environmental Job Training

This five-to-six-week program offers multiple certifications and training for entry-level positions in the environmental sciences and construction fields.

Construction Trades Training Academy

Learn construction industry fundamentals while building a foundation for a sustainable future. Through our partnership with the Building Industry Association of Washington, this program offers hands-on learning, classroom teaching, and real-life experience—all under one roof. Learn how modern construction practices prioritize sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmentally conscious techniques to meet the demands of a greener economy.

Help Desk Technician

This program prepares students for the CompTIA Tech+ IT Fundamentals nationally recognized certification. Job seekers train for employment as IT Help Desk Technicians while also gaining insights into sustainable IT practices, such as refurbishing and reusing technology to reduce electronic waste. Green Career Explorer

This program introduces job seekers to hands-on careers in construction, environmental services, and energy efficiency. Participants gain essential workplace skills, safety training, and practical experience in growing industries like solar energy, HVAC, and waste management. With a focus on in-demand, entry-level jobs, this course helps students build the skills needed for stable employment while exploring opportunities in the expanding green economy.

Intermediate Office Skills Training

Build intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and professional workplace skills through a tuition-free, 10-week hybrid course. Students receive instructor and job-search support while preparing for Microsoft Office Specialist certification exams.

Food and Hospitality Career Foundations

Explore entry-level careers in restaurants, hotels, tourism and event services while building customer service, workplace and job-search skills. This tuition-free course also helps students prepare for industry credentials, including the Washington State Food Worker Card.

Warehouse and Manufacturing Career Foundations

Explore entry-level careers in warehouses, distribution, logistics and manufacturing while building safety, workplace and job-search skills. This tuition-free course also helps students prepare for credentials in Six Sigma, workplace safety and workplace communication.
