Yes you can shop Goodwill online! Our online store offers unique merchandise for collectors, vintage lovers or just your average thrift enthusiast. You’ll find guitars, jewelry, sewing machines, shoes, books, bags of Lego and more. You can shop your local store (choose “Tacoma” in the Sellers box) or shop nationwide by a single keyword. blue Boutiques

You want to shop sustainably, but thrifting isn’t your style? We get it. That’s why we created blue boutiques. Merchandised like your favorite neighborhood shop and full of curated premium-brand apparel, shoes & accessories and home, it’s better than new. That Coach* purse you purchased helped provide culinary training for an up and coming chef. Find out for yourself why it’s everyone’s favorite thrift boutique – shop our three locations in Tacoma (Proctor), Sumner and downtown Olympia.

Outlet Stores

Otherwise known as “the bins,” the Goodwill outlet store is the final stop for thrifting. If you’re an extreme bargain hunter, this place is for you. Most merchandise is sold by the pound, and the more pounds you find, the more you save. The outlets are located in Tacoma, Kent and Olympia and are open seven days a week.

Any merchandise that remains unsold is processed through our recycling center. Learn more about our sustainability practices and how we save tens of millions of pounds from entering the landfills each year.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of treasure hunting with a Goodwill Gift Card! Gift cards can be purchased from $5 to $500 and are valid at any of our retail locations in the South Puget Sound, Central Washington and Olympic Peninsula. For a list of locations, visit our Locations page.

Return Policy

Retail Stores & Blue Boutiques

Effective July 24, 2020 we will begin accepting returns.

We will gladly exchange your merchandise, or issue a Goodwill gift card, for purchases that are returned within seven (7) days of purchase date if returned with a valid sales receipt and the original price tag attached.

EXCEPTIONS – All sales are final on: books, music, videos, bagged toys, bagged jewelry, computers, computer accessories, final clearance and $.99 tag sale merchandise.

All returned merchandise will be quarantined for 72 hours prior to being placed on the sales floor.

Outlet Stores

All merchandise sold in our outlet stores is considered “as-is” and is not eligible for a refund. All sales are final.

blue Boutiques
