Free Job Training & Education

Nearly a century ago, our Goodwill opened its doors with the commitment to assist the most challenged segment of the unemployed population, providing a hand up, not a hand out.

Though this core mission continues to this day, our services have evolved and expanded, providing thousands of individuals throughout our 15-county region the education and life skills they need to achieve long-term success.

Our programs are designed based on the current needs of the communities we serve, derived from local employer feedback, employment market surveys and other data and trends.  We work with local companies such as Starbucks and Milgard and community partners such as WorkSource to create course content and job skills training that employers are looking for, assuring that each student leaves our programs with the tools necessary to gain employment and a career path.
