This 7-week course teaches the skills needed for entry-level jobs in construction, environmental services, and energy efficiency. You’ll learn: 

  • Green Industry Basics – The types of jobs available in growing industries like solar, energy efficiency, and waste management  
  • Basic Workplace Skills – Time management, teamwork, following directions, and meeting job expectations 
  • Job Site Safety – Workplace safety, handling materials, and using proper equipment 
  • Hands-On Training – Learn real job skills that apply to construction, environmental services, and energy efficiency jobs 
  • Job Search Support – How to apply for jobs, write a resume, and prepare for interviews
