WorkFirst helps transition people to financial stability and a rewarding career. Participants spend up to six months in the program, which provides skill assessments and on-the-job training, and increases the participant’s professional skills and employability. Participants also receive guidance in developing vocational and educational goals, identifying and eliminating barriers to employment and other support services to help them succeed.
