Are you ready to get a better job and advance your career?

Learn digital skills at Goodwill® and start on your path to a brighter future — all at no cost to you. We offer basic skills sessions from learning to navigate the internet to high-level programing courses like Microsoft Azure. Each lesson is developed to start you on a pathway to a better future.

Update or refresh your digital skills – our courses prepare job seekers for employment in today’s ever-changing work environment. Our process starts with assessing digital skills, technology needs and career goals. Based on the results of this Digital Skills Program Assessment, eligible job seekers will be enrolled into the training level and subject that best fits the job seeker’s strengths and career goals. The course is offered remotely and instruction is done through an online classroom environment. As a benefit, we have knowledgeable staff that can refer job seekers to other digital learning opportunities in the community.

Goodwill’s Digital Skills Program Includes:

  • Individualized assistance with instructors in a virtual classroom setting
  • Learn at your own pace
  • Earn a certificate with each passed lesson
  • Earn additional access to other Goodwill services like Personal Finances and basic job skills training through Goodwill’s CRED (Career Readiness Education & Development) program

Jaci Sweet

Jaci Sweet loved her job in the home health nursing field but was ultimately let go because the position demanded technical competencies that she did not possess. “I didn’t have the computer skills I needed to work behind a desk and do the managerial side of the position.”
